Paul was installed as President of the Rotary Club of Peterborough Kawartha at the Club's changeover meeting on June 29.  Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Paul attended the University of Buenos Aires where he graduated with an Electric Engineer degree, and later attended the University Di Tella, where he obtained his MBA.
Paul worked for different private companies in Argentina in different roles as Engineer and IT, as well as working as Assistant Professor in Physics and Computer Sciences.
 
In 2001 Paul and his wife Andrea decided to move to Canada, obtaining their Permanent Resident Visa in 2005. In 2009 he become a Canadian Citizen.
 
From 2006 until 2016 he worked for Rogers Communication, as IT Director. Now he runs his own Digital Marketing company.
 
Paul lived in Toronto and Kingston, prior to moving to Peterborough in 2013. In 2016 he joined the Peterborough Kawartha Rotary Club.
